Tower switched reluctance motor pumping unit

Design Features

Working principle: this oil pumping unit has a switched reluctance drive placed on top of tower as a power unit. The driving system includes reducer, belt roller, reversed roller, and forward and reverse winding belt. Scale shape is applied for pump load and weight box. Operation parameters can be set from the window of touch screen. Control automatic forward and reverse operation of motor, drive the belt through drive system, realize reciprocating ascending & descending movement of oil pumping rod, and complete oil pumping.
